Amazing service
Steve is a master in his field and dealt with a very stressed and clueless woman (that’s me) and explained everything and made the whole process alot easier and dealt with some very poor sellers for me with no question. Would highly recommend him for sure and will be back at the end of my deal.

Mortgage for new house purchase
From start to finish Steve at SMP was very easy to deal with. I was always able to get hold of Steve very easily. He presented my mortgage options in a very clear manner. We were able to get the mortgage offer we wanted and with a very short turn around time. The total cost for this service was very reasonable, I will be using SMP in the future for sure.
